Identified - We have received confirmation that there is an issue with O2 currently, where they do not seem to be passing SMS to the network provider Tismi.

O2 have been contacted to resolve the issue and we are currently awaiting an update.

Resolved - The issue should be resolved and all new messages should be delivered properly.

Our supplier is working on resending the delayed messages to the recipients, which should happen in the nearest future. No data has been lost.

Identified - The issue has been identified by our supplier. They are working on restoring the undelivered outbound and inbound messages.

Any messages after 5:30 UTC are delivered properly via the alternative route.

Investigating - Australia, Japan SMS - Sending and receiving messages is degraded

We are currently investigating the issue with our service provider.
Australia has been temporarily switched to an alternative route to ensure delivery.

We are looking into restoring the messages that have not been delivered.

Identified - UK SMS - Inbound SMS delays with shared reply numbers

Due to internal issues of our free shared numbers supplier, users might experience delays in receiving text messages using free shared numbers.

Paid dedicated numbers are not affected by this incident.

Our supplier is currently working on the resolution and restoring the messages that have not been received.
